I loved the beautiful bedrooms with luxurious linens and the fine views of the river while enjoying my meals just a few steps away at Ostra restaurant, making my stay a good experience as a solo traveler who enjoys exploring vibrant city life.

The location is riverside.

This is a hotel go-to for San Antonio! The venue is beautiful and incredible with incredibly welcoming staff from check-in to check-out. Hotel restaurant is GREAT for a meal at their riverfront restaurant.

Lack of large flat screen TVs in room

I liked the fact that the staff outside told us about a safe parking garage less than a block from the hotel. The cost (at this time) was $9 per day. The "only" negative was the garage accepted only cash or check. So be prepared for that. Hotel parking was $32+tax per nt.

Room was very spacious, hotel and room decor was understated and elegant.

The night dining menu was not at all at a level of 4+star hotel (or even a 3 star hotel). After 10:30 the options were akin to what you would get at a denny's. It was shocking.

The rooms offered are new-fashioned and impeccable with luxurious linens and every fine touch, as for instance. The price is US$ 737.

Views are awful.

Close proximity to riverwalk and the quiteness of the hotel. However there is a nightclub 60 yards away where patrons were hanging out at screaming and holowering at 2:00-3:00 am when leaving the establishmnet. Otherwise it was a confortable.

Well, the bath tub had hair from previous guest. The roof top Hot tub was not working and swimming pool water was very cloudly. Also the hot tub and pool are closed at 10:00 pm which was a real disapointment. This was going to be the highlight of our stay, considering it was our 25th anniverssary. I believe the hotel is certainly overpriced.

1.The comfort and decor of the rooms and lobby; 2. the valet staff was excellent; 3. we enjoyed the restaurant on the Riverwalk; 4. I was pleased to receive a phone call from the security dept upon our return informing us about an item we left in the room and appreciated the offer to mail it to us; 5. the butter cream solution you gifted us with upon our arrival along with the glasses of champagne, were a welcome treat.

1.valet parking rae of $32 per day would dissuade us from staying there again; 2. the dirty champagne glasses from our stay the first night were never removed from the room during our two night stay; 3. I made arangements to have my hair done with the same stylist who had done my daughter's hair but she accepted an appointment with someone else which prevented me from getting my hair done for the wedding I was attending

The stay was awesome. we loved the rooftop pool and the spacious bathroom with a giant tub! Relaxing in the sauna and enjoying the body scrub were highlights of our trip. The only downside was the coffee not being available in the lobby each morning, but overall, we had a fantastic experience! ☕

Wow, our stay was fantastic! The large rooftop pool was always clean and had cozy hooded towels. We loved the amazing breakfast with delicious options. The enormous bathroom with a relaxing bathtub made our trip special.

great service but high dining costs

The staff greeted me warmly. The valet was especially accommodating. The room was beautifully arranged, with peaceful background music and a good fruit tray.

Dinner options were quite expensive.

Ostra's got some halal options that'll make your taste buds tango! Plus, the fresh fruit platter in my room was a good nightcap! Oh, and bonus points for the tasty blueberry and lemon curd pancakes-pure bliss!

The Double queen beds felt a tad cozy, and I ended up staring at a brick wall instead of a view. The rooftop menu isn't exactly kid-friendly either, less for families like mine.

The rooftop pool provides a relaxing escape, consistently clean with refreshing hooded towels. We enjoyed the large bathtub with luxurious bath salts. Our view was mostly obstructed by a neighboring building, disappointing given the room's price. While the breakfast allowance was generous and delicious, it would have been nice to have more variety.
